And do Not hold PhoenixRisingLtd.com responsible for any damage or harm. We are not responsible for packages lost by any delievery service, or once an order leaves our store.

    Tracking & Insurance is required on all products with the price of $99.99 or more. This is to insure the customer get the products they pay for, and also so no orders are lost. We are not responsible for any damage caused by any delievery service. Tracking, and Insurance are added into the handling charges. 11% restocking fee on all returns.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Phoenix Rising Ltd. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Phoenix Rising Ltd. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Handling time is 3 to 14 working days.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Phoenix Rising Ltd. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.


    We offer 7 day returns on Minifigures only. Should you want to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of the package(s) arrival for a return. We must be contacted within 7 days no exceptions. Minifigures must be returned in the exact same condition for a refund. We do not accept returns on Minifigures that are sold unassembled, and will be returned assembled, or at any time have been assembled after purchase arrival. Unassembled Minifigures must be returned in the same exact condition in which they were recieved. Customer must pay for return shipping, and include a tracking number with the return package(s) no exceptions. We do not offer returns on any of our lego sets. A 2% restocking fee must also be paid by the customer. Batbrix reserves the right to deny any returns in which the items are not returned in the same condition.
